01

Systems Integration and Migration

Technology implementation from process assessment through staff adoption. Covers CRM systems, cloud platforms, donor and student management software, productivity tools, and workflow design. Each engagement begins with a systems assessment of how work moves through an organization, identifying redundancies, data integrity issues, and automation opportunities before migration begins. Where platforms support it, AI-assisted features and workflow automation are configured as part of the build.

Well suited for organizations that have outgrown their current systems, are consolidating platforms after staff or leadership changes, or are implementing new software for the first time and need the process managed end to end.

02

Fractional CTO Services

Ongoing technology leadership for organizations without dedicated internal IT staff. Covers technology strategy, platform decisions, vendor management, cloud infrastructure administration, and mobile device management. Includes risk assessment, SOP development, technical assessment for privacy and compliance questions, and proactive identification of failure points before they affect operations. As AI tools enter everyday workflows, this includes evaluating organizational readiness and establishing governance before adoption decisions get made by default.

Well suited for schools, nonprofits, and growing businesses that need senior-level technology guidance on a contract basis.

Web Development and Strategy

Custom website development designed for long-term performance and full client ownership. Services include hosting, ongoing maintenance, security monitoring, on-page SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO), structured data implementation, and Google Analytics configuration. Web presence is treated as part of an organization’s broader technology strategy, built and maintained to perform in both traditional and AI-powered search results.

Suitable for organizations that need to improve or upgrade their online visibility or are in the process of rebranding.

Diagnostics and Compliance

Manual assessment of the data a website transmits and the parties receiving it. Covers network traffic capture, third-party and pixel inventory, consent mechanism testing, browser privacy signal response, and privacy policy consistency review. Each engagement captures a defined set of visitor paths twice, once with a browser privacy signal present and once without, so the difference in site behavior is documented rather than inferred. Findings are recorded as evidence and written for review by counsel, insurers, or platform vendors.

Well suited for organizations responding to a privacy claim, preparing for one, or verifying that their site’s behavior matches their published privacy policy.

FRACTIONAL IT

Email Delivery and Authentication

Email authentication through DNS for a small business with no IT staff. The DNS work surfaced a problem no one had caught. The email had been broken for some time and no one knew. Finding it took someone who could read the records and knew where to look. In a small organization, the failure that matters is usually the one no one is watching.

Production Tracking System Setup

Workflow tracking and reporting for a professional education company producing a large catalog of video courses. The existing system tracked each course progress on its own, with no view of the full catalog in progress. Covers process mapping of how production actually moves, followed by a reporting layer that shows status across every course in one place. The core catalog was completed within months of the system going live.
